Contract Works
WFI's Contract Works policy insures you for the contract works and for your legal liability to pay compensation for personal injury or damage to property. The policy insures you* against accidental loss or damage to or theft of the contract works:
- occurring at the contract site during the construction or maintenance period; and
- arising out of and in the course of your performance of the contract.
*Subject to terms & conditions of the policy.
