Additional Benefits
In addition to all the usual covers such as fire and earthquake, WFI includes* the following additional benefits at no extra cost when you select the Business Property Damage policy:
- An automatic increase in stock cover at Christmas and Easter periods
- Up to $5,000 for employees' tools, equipment and personal effects
- Building alterations and additions up to $50,000
- Cover for extra costs associated with rebuilding so as to comply with requirements of public authorities
- Compensation for costs connected with floor space rebuilding
- Temporary removal cover
- Up to $5,000 for escape of liquids from a fixed system
- Up to $5,000 for a loss of rent
- Up to $5,000 for landscaping costs
- Demolition and clearing of debris
- Up to $5,000 for architects, surveyors and legal fees
- Fire extinguishment costs
