How to Make a Claim

WFI's philosophy and practice has always been to strive for the very best in products and service. We understand that the events surrounding your need to make a claim may be difficult.

We therefore make it simple for you to claim, and you can rely on us to deal with your claims promptly and courteously.

For your convenience, there are two different ways you can lodge a claim on your WFI policy.

Call your local WFI Area Manager
At WFI we like to deal direct with our clients, so your local Area Manager will be happy to assist you with your claim. You can find the contact details for your local Area Manager here.

OR

Lodge a claim notification on-line
You can notify us of your need to make a claim by using either our General Claim Notification or Motor Claim Notification. The information you provide will be passed onto your local Area Manager and claims team, and someone will contact you to discuss.
