Terms and Conditions of Entry
NSWFA GPS Competition 2008![]()
1. WHO MAY ENTER The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are Australian residents over the age of 18 years, who are not employees or immediate family members of Wesfarmers Limited and its subsidiaries or NSW Farmers' Association (NSWFA). "Immediate family" means spouse, defacto, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY The only persons who are eligible to enter are financial NSWFA members who send back to WFI a fully completed entry form between 1st February 2008 and 27th June 2008 agreeing to receive an obligation-free quote on their insurance requirements from WFI. All eligible entrants will receive one entry only into the competition.
3. DURATION The competition commences on 1st February 2008 at 00:00 hrs and closes on 27th June 2008 at 23:59 hrs.
4. PRIZE The prize consists of three Garmin GPS76 hand-held GPS units valued at $359 each. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS The winners will be determined by random selection from a barrel draw containing all competition entries received by the draw date. The three prize draws will be conducted at 10:00 hrs on Monday 10th March 2008, Wednesday 30th April 2008 and Monday 30th June 2008 at Suite 3, 230 Summer Street Orange NSW. The promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS Winners will be contacted by WFI/NSWFA within two days of the draw and also be advised in writing. The winners will also be announced in the next edition of "Farm Post" following the prize draw.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES Where a prize remains unclaimed three months after a draw, WFI will conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary in order to distribute any of those prizes subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES Entries received after the closing date of the 27th June 2008 will not be considered. All entries become the property of Wesfarmers Federation Insurance Ltd, 184 Railway Parade Bassendean WA 6054 and the NSW Farmers' Association, Level 25,66 Goulburn Street Sydney NSW 2000.
9. PRIVACY The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as are reasonable in the circumstances to prevent loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure and misuse. The contact and insurance details of entrants who are not existing WFI clients, are being collected for the purpose of conducting the competition and will also be entered into a WFI database for the future purpose of offering WFI's products and services. At any time, should entrants wish to be removed from this database or stop receiving direct marketing material from WFI they can contact 1300 934 934 or email privacy@wfi.com.au.
10. NO QUALITY REPRESENTATIONS The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any goods and services offered as prizes.
