These include an annual two-day development forum, sponsorship of professional qualifications and mentors who will be there to support and guide you.

Graduate Accounting Program
The Wesfarmers Graduate Accounting Program runs for three years during which you will gain professional experience through high quality commercial accounting roles. You will develop industry-wide financial knowledge through three rotations between Wesfarmers business units. Once you have completed the program, you will move into an ongoing role within the Wesfarmers Group. Through this quality, professional experience and the networks you will have made, you are sure to have a successful and rewarding career.
Graduate Analyst Program
Our comprehensive two year Graduate Analyst Program offers graduates the opportunity to gain unique experience in investment decision making. Working with the Corporate Office-based Business Development team, you'll have the opportunity to conduct valuations, financial analysis, research and report writing. Your work will vary from idea generation through to evaluation, negotiation, financial structuring and project implementation. You'll be part of a team that provides advice to senior management and to the Board, and be an integral part of the Wesfarmers' financial and commercial decision making process. Graduates will also benefit from secondment opportunities to one of the Wesfarmers' divisions such as Wesfarmers Energy, Wesfarmers Insurance Division, Bunnings or CSBP.
Graduate Information Technology Program
The three year Wesfarmers Graduate IT Program seeks to develop and train quality IT professionals who have a well-developed understanding of business issues. You will be working across a number of our Western Australian based businesses and will benefit from quality learning experiences. Through this three year period you will develop your skills and knowledge which will guarantee you a challenging and rewarding career as a successful IT professional.
