We are seeking a Service Officer Processing to join our busy office based in Hallam. In this role you will provide outstanding customer service to current and potential WFI clients. You will also provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective processing service to support the Area Managers attached to the Hallam Service Centre and customers in the region.

We will provide full training on our products to allow you to maximise sales opportunities and assist with policy adjustments, renewals and new business quotations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have keyboarding and data entry skills as well as high level time management and organisational skills with an ability to attend to multiple tasks and changing priorities. Insurance or finance industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
