In this position you will provide outstanding customer service to current and potential WFI clients, mainly via telephone. We will provide full training on our products to allow you to assist with policy adjustments, renewals and some limited quotations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have keyboarding and data entry skills as well as high level time management and organisational skills with an ability to attend to multiple tasks and changing priorities. Insurance or finance industry experience is essential.
