Terms & Conditions
1. WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are residents of Queensland, New South Wales and ACT over 18 years of age, who are not employees or immediate family members of Wesfarmers Limited and its subsidiaries. "Immediate family" includes spouse, defacto, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All persons in Queensland, New South Wales and ACT who take out a new Rural Plan, Commercial Plan, Office Plan, Commercial Strata Plan or Residential Strata Plan with WFI by 31st March 2010 will be automatically entered into the prize draw and will be eligible to win a prize.
3. DURATION
Promotion commences at 00:00 on 1st November 2009and closes at 23:59 on 31st March 2010.
4. PRIZE
The prize consists of a 50 inch Panasonic plasma television TH-P50X14A RRP $1999 and a Panasonic surround sound system SC-PT875W RRP $1099. The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for an item of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. The Promoter will consult the relevant legislative authorities prior to making any changes to the terms and conditions.
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be determined by random selection from a barrel draw containing all competition entries received by the closing date. The prize draw will be conducted at 10:00on 9th April 2010 at WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean WA 6054. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winner will be contacted by WFI within two business days of the draw and will also be advised in writing. The winner's name will be published on the WFI website (www.wfi.com.au) on 16th April 2010.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
In the event of an unclaimed prize the Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the prize. Should the prize remain unclaimed after 16th July 2010, the Promoter will notify the Department of Gaming and Racing NSW and Gambling and Racing Commission ACT and will conduct a redraw at 10:00 on 23rd July 2010 at WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean WA 6054, in accordance with and subject to official approval from state bodies and any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
Entries received after the closing date of 31st March 2010 will not be considered. All entries become the property of WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean WA 6054.
9. NO QUALITY REPRESENTATIONS
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any goods and services offered as prizes.
10. PERMIT NUMBERS
Authorised under ACT Permit No. 09/04336, NSW Permit No. LTPS/09/10033.
11. PRIVACY
The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as are reasonable in the circumstances to prevent loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure and misuse.
