WFI - ActionCOACH Promotion 2010
Terms and Conditions
1. WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are Australian residents over 18 years of age, who are not employees, or immediate family members of employees, of Wesfarmers Limited and its subsidiaries. "Immediate family" includes spouse, defacto, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All persons who take out a new Commercial Plan or Office Plan with WFI by 30th June 2010 will be automatically entered into the prize draw and will be eligible to win a prize.
3. DURATION
Promotion commences at 00:00 on 4th April 2010and closes at 23:59on 30th June 2010.
4. PRIZE
The prize consists of $2000 towards a coaching program with ActionCOACH. The winner will be able to select their preferred program and coach from ActionCOACH. The $2000 will be paid directly to ActionCOACH, the prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for an item of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. The Promoter will consult the relevant legislative authorities prior to making any changes to the terms and conditions.
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be determined by random selection from a barrel draw containing all competition entries received by the closing date. The prize draw will be conducted at 10:00on 9th July 2010 at WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean WA 6054. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winner will be contacted by WFI within two business days of the draw and will also be advised in writing. The winner's name will be published on the WFI website (www.wfi.com.au) on 16th July 2010.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
In the event of an unclaimed prize the Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the prize. Should the prize remain unclaimed after 16th October 2010, the Promoter will notify the Department of Gaming and Racing NSW and Gambling and Racing Commission ACT and will conduct a redraw at 10:00 on 22nd October 2010 at WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean WA 6054, in accordance with and subject to official approval from state bodies.
8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
Entries received after the closing date of 30th June 2010 will not be considered. All entries become the property of WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean WA 6054.
9. NO QUALITY REPRESENTATIONS
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any goods and services offered as prizes.
10. PERMIT NUMBERS
Authorised under ACT Permit No. TP 10/01240.1, NSW Permit No. LTPS/10/02537.
11. PRIVACY
The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as are reasonable in the circumstances to prevent loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure and misuse.
