WFI team ready to help with insurance claims
The summer months have unfortunately brought bushfires, storms and other events across Australia.
WFI, a member of the Wesfarmers group, will be drawing upon its national resources to ensure that clients receive the best possible service. According to David Warner, WFI General Manager Operations, the WFI team is experienced in helping clients following such events.
"WFI clients do not need to worry about finding their insurance policy details, they simply need to call us on 1300 934 934 and we will help them to lodge a claim,
"Our priority is to ensure our clients are supported, particularly for any immediate needs, and to make the claims process as easy as possible," said Mr Warner
WFI has over 150 local Area Managers, supported by fourteen client service teams and four claims teams across Australia.
"I strongly urge any clients who have been affected to contact WFI as soon as they can so we can get their claims processed as quickly as possible."
