WFI is now carbon neutral
At WFI we take sustainability seriously. We recognise that climate change is one of the biggest issues to face industry worldwide and we believe that it is important for companies to look at how they manage their own impact on the environment, particularly companies in the general insurance industry.
As a part of the Wesfarmers group, we have been measuring, monitoring and reporting our carbon emissions for some years now. This year we are very pleased to announce that in addition to managing our own energy use, we purchased carbon credits to offset all of the emissions from our operations to become carbon neutral.
We believe this signals our commitment to sustainable business practices and the fact that we want to contribute in a real way to the issue of climate change.
All of the products and services we offer are now carbon neutral. You don't need to do anything as it automatically applies to all our products and services and there is no extra charge. If your business is already managing its carbon impact then dealing with us won't add to your footprint.
